I don't get out as much as you do, so I save my ranting for the bathroom, usually when I'm showering. I can't quite relate, though, to the magic happening in the kitchen. Cooking/baking is just <i>not</i> my favorite pastime ... not by a long shot. I'm also envious that your batch of cookies will feed your family for several days.
